ORDER ADDRESSING CARE
Royer Magasin will send the products to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any obstacles to the delivery of your order, we ask you to pay attention when filling in the address where you wish to receive your order.
RECIPIENT ABSENT
Make sure someone is at the address to receive your products. The Post Office will make three delivery attempts. If there is no one at the address to receive the package on any of these attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest Post Office to the address, and in this case, the recipient of the package must pick it up at the Post Office within 7 consecutive days. If the recipient does not pick up the package, as per Post Office policy, the package will return to the sender, and it will be necessary to pay for new shipping for the product to be resent.
All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the recipient must pick up their package in case of absence, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be followed on the Post Office's website, using the tracking code provided by the store.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Royer Magasin is not responsible for incorrectly or incompletely filling out the delivery address of orders placed in the store. If incorrect or incomplete addressing occurs, as per Post Office policy, the package will return to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.
In case the delivery cannot be made due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund, and it will be necessary to pay for new shipping, at a cost of $15 (shipping cost + post office fee), for the product to be resent.
PROCESSING TIME
Separation time: 1 to 3 business days.
After your order is processed and the payment is cleared in our system, the next steps are: separation, packaging, and dispatch. This process usually takes about 1 to 3 business days.
TIMEFRAME FOR SENDING THE PRODUCT AND TRACKING CODE
You will receive the tracking code in the email registered in the purchase within 7 business days after processing your order.
As it is an international shipment, for the tracking to be available on the Post Office's website, it is necessary for the product to be in transit, and therefore, it may take about 5 to 10 business days for the tracking of the product to be visible.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
The delivery timeframe is between: 10 to 20 business days.
The delivery timeframe is estimated from 10 to 20 business days after the order is posted. However, we have found that 80% of our customers receive their orders within 15 business days.
ORIGIN
Our products are imported from Europe, and Asia.
There are situations where an order can be delivered in two or more shipments, as products may be sent from different suppliers. In such cases, you will receive a tracking code for each shipment.
SHIPPING METHODS
Products are always delivered by the Post Office, however, in some cases, such as recipient absence, delivery limitations by region, or incorrect address, the customer may need to pick up the product at the nearest post office to their residence.
If the address is not filled in correctly, the product may return to the sender. We ask for extra attention when filling in the address. If there is any error in filling out the address and the product cannot be delivered, the responsibility lies with the customer.
The Post Office makes three delivery attempts, if they cannot complete it, the product will be available for pickup at the nearest post office for up to 7 days. After this period, the product returns to the sender.
